Andy ‘Dice’ Davies aka Dice Sixtyseven

After years of organising paint jams along the Honeybourne Line, and attracting big name artists to Cheltenham, Dice finally realised his dream of bringing a paint festival to the town.

As a seasoned paint festival artist himself, he knows what artists appreciate and is using this knowledge to turn the festival into a world class event that will attract the biggest names from across the world to paint in the town.  He also organises Free Art Friday in Cheltenham and was instrumental in trying to protect Cheltenham's Banksy by covering it with anti-graffiti paint.

Angela Parks

Angela Parks has over a decade of experience successfully running multi-million pound not-for-profit organisations.  She is an art collector and proud Cheltonian.

She has been a street art fan for years and loved seeing the artists at the paint jams that Dice organised.  A chance conversation in December 2016 led to her joining Dice to set up and run the Cheltenham Paint Festival.  Angela deals with the behind the scenes planning, finances, health and safety etc. to ensure that Dice’s vision is delivered.
